This childcare centre locates in NSW, Australia. It has 5 classrooms for children of different ages and outdoor space for children. It’s interesting that the classrooms are named after different Australian’s animals.
The Joey room is for children under 1 year old. There are a variety of gross motor equipment set up in the Joey room, like the snail climber, busy house, wall busy board, doll trolley etc. for the babies to explore and practice their gross motor, balance and concentration skills.
The Koala room is for children aged 1-2 years old. It is divided into dramatic play area, reading area, cognitive play area and study area. The kids furniture set are in white or wooden color. The classroom rug has the patterns that has strong Australian elements.
The other classrooms are similar, all have different function areas in the classroom, for children to study, reading books, role playing and other games. Our client chose the wooden kids furniture set mainly in animal and forest theme, corresponding to the animals for each room.
The outdoor area is all natural environment, with the nature log wood as balance beam, climber holds on trees for children to climb, and ground in its nature status with dirt, fallen leaves and plants, children can keep a close distance with the nature and learn about plants and planting.
