The 90-90-90 rule ensures that a child’s body is properly aligned while sitting. This position supports a neutral spine, reduces strain, and promotes stability while sitting.
✅ Feet flat on the floor (ankles at 90°)
✅ Knees bent at 90° with thighs parallel to the ground
✅ Hips at a 90° angle with a straight back

Select the correct table height for children: Elbow level

The table top height should be at elbow level when kids sit properly, normally it is about 8 inches (20cm) above the chair seat height.
