Infant Toddler Classroom Design
Infant toddler classroom design for a preschool from Egypt. The classroom size is 40 square meters, for 24 children aged from 1 to 2 years old. ( Honestly speaking 24 toddler babies are too much for this classroom, it's recommended to have small classroom size for infants and toddlers for each child to be cared, and offer bigger space for small children)
The client want to have areas for toddler babies to learn, read, play, eat and sleep, and also have storage area.
Let's see the design:
Entering into the classroom is the bag cabinet, kids tables and chairs in the center of the front part of the room, bookshelf and toy storage organizer are placed next the wall, for space saving purpose. The furniture are made in low height for little ones. This area is for children to learn and read, and storage.
The other part is mainly for little ones to play, sleep and eat. Here we have a multifinctional soft play set in the middle of this area, for toddler babies to walk, crawl and slide. A game rug is next by it, for children to play toys. The beds and feeding chairs are stackable so they can be stacked up when not in use to leave more space for children to play.
