Kids Music and Art Room Design
This is a Kids Music and Art Room Design for one preschool in Egypt. The classroom size is 40 square meters, for 24 kids 3-6 years old.
Let's see the design:
The main purpose of this room is to let children enjoy the music and art world. So we set three zones in this kids classroom: the music zone, paiting corner and artcraft area. Since the total area of this music and art room is not very big, each function area is not separated clearly.
In the middle of the room are two large art tables with chairs. There is container in the middle of the table for art and craft supplies storage. Children can do art work, handcraft work or other group activites here.
In the music zone, there is a piano is the corner, for teaching and practicing. Besides the piano is the drum set area, with a large music themed carpet. The little band can have a music show here, while the audiences can sit on the piano themed sofa or on the multifunctional art table.
In the painting corner, we have kids art easels and art supplies cart. There is also a movable white board to facilitate the art and music teaching. Meanwhile, we set storage shelf and bookshelf for showing kids art work, musical instructions and books of music and art.
